People were very nice. Room is basic. Facilities are basic. A/C was not effective. Breakfast was ok. Basic and coffee maker was broken. I would have given a lower rating if it wasn’t for the friendliness of staff.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, la habitación es muy amplia y estaba todo muy limpio. Está a 20 minutos del centro de Salamanca, se puede ir andando dando un paseo.

Hotel a 30 minutos andando del centro de Salamanca. Fácil aparcamiento en la zona del hotel. Personal amable. Habitación amplia y limpia, cama y almohadas cómodas. La piscina ya estaba cerrada el 14 de septiembre.

The Hitel was very clean, staff very good, I thing, I didn’t like was, we were having a drink in the Garden Bar at the Hotel, people that had a dog, walked the dog to the grass of the garden bar & let there dog have a wee & a poo, with us seated on the next table, that I didn’t like, so I won’t be staying there again, shame
