Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location and amenities. Using the Hyatt Inclusive app to request services or to resolve issues makes for an easy experience. Only negative was that the à la carte restaurants don’t take reservations.

Naked Hotel Zipolite
Beautiful property in a magical town. Rooms were clean and the pool was absolutely beautiful. Food and bar drinks were well prepared. We had a fantastic time and actually extended our stay 3 times cause we didn’t want to leave!
