Gem of a Place in Santa Margherita

Great location, close to train station and main part of town. Convenient for coffee shop, groceries, restaurants and also ferry service. Unit is very well kept, clean with an amazing upper floor deck.

Located at the heart of Santa Margherita, with everything you need just around the corner. A short walk to the beach, the shops, restaurants and else. The hostess, Francesca, was outstanding. The apartment is fully renovated, with everything you need to enjoy your holidays.

Spectacular and spacious

The apartment is much better than the pictures portraits. The rooftop terrace is huge and the view is beautiful. Kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and all amenities needed. Across the road you have the sea and city centre. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful modern , spacious, high quality. new appartement. Everything that you need to have a perfect stay is in the appartement. Perfectly clean, beds and towels are very good. We are a family of four adults and we were very confortable. Nadia received us at the expected time and explained everything to us. The location is also perfect. Just in front of the sea , near to everywhere and at the same time very peaceful We really loved this appartement and we highly recommend it We will definitely come back! Thanks!!!!

The apartment was very stylish and roomy. In a very convenient and nice location. Wonderful deli right outside the front door. A 6 minute walk to the S. Margharita train station. ..... A couple of smallish issues. The power in the apt went out twice in the middle of the night during our 5 night stay. Had to go to circuit box in the lobby to reset fuse switch. Seemed petty for us to have to take out the trash across thd street before chucking out. Francesca, our rental agent was outstanding, a real pleasure to work with.

Als Familie verreist mit 4 Tagen Zwischenstopp in Santa Margherita Ligure. Das Appartement #4 'Malva' war stilvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Den Strand, die wunderschöne Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Haltestellen etc. waren alle zu Fuß direkt zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes hat per Mail sowie WhatsApp hervorragend funktioniert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Tania als unseren Local Guide begrüßt und erhielten alle notwendigen Informationen und hilfreichen Tipps. Santa Margherita Ligure sowie die gesamte Region sind absolut eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft mit Wonderful Italy uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
