"First at all the room reserved was not granted at all, so I paid for a king room with my wife, and I ended on a double queen, they did not make the minimal effort to solve the issue. To complete the issue the room given to us was really dirty, so the room cleaned condition was really bad."

"Rooms are big and clean. My check in was not what I expected at all!!! You are allowed 1 beach towel, I thought that was ridiculous!!! I also had an accident, slipped and fell and hurt my wrist badly. I went to hospital twice. The front desk sent a security guard to check on me but not one manager ..."
