Really nice experience all around

We were greeted at the entrance and got our room instantly even though we were three hours early of checkout! Room was nice and clean. I can only recommend this place to others visiting Santa Cruz De La Palma!

Estuve 3 noches y muy bien. Lástima que la primera noche la televisión de otra habitación me impidiera dormir. Lo mejor, la ubicación en el centro de Santa Cruz. Muy cómodo. Desayuno rico a elegir entre 3 opciones.

Nous sommes restés 5 jours et nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec l'accueil. L'arrivée gérée par WhatsApp.... Accueil impersonnel ! Pas de bar donc un réfrigérateur dans la chambre aurait vraiment été un plus ! Sinon hôtel très bien situé, chambre agréable avec balcon. 3 Choix dans Petit déjeuner servi par un personnel agréable et disponible. Bon petit resto à proximité. Je recommande cet établissement.

Mørkt og dårlig rom

Det var ingen i resepsjonen da vi ankom. Etter 40 minutters venting dukket det opp en person som kunne låse inn bagasjen. Vi kunne først sjekke inn kl 15. Vi hadde bestilt et standardrom og fikk tildelt et rom i kjelleren med vindu mot en lyssjakt. Det var trangt og lite. Kun 2 senger og en åpen garderobe. Ingen stol, kommode, eller veggdekor. Vinduet kunne ikke låses selv om flere rom hadde vindu mot sjakten. Badet var veldig lite med et vindu som var låst i åpen stilling. Kun ett glass til tannpuss. Noen håndklær ble byttet under oppholdet, ikke alle. Det var veldig lytt mellom rommene, vi kunne prat og tissing fra alle naborom. Frokosten var grei, vi kunne velge mellom 3 menyer. Vi vil ikke anbefale standardrom i dette hotellet.
