"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. "Vacances entres copines, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car gros coup de cœur pour les petites plages autour et surtout proches de la zone d’activité nautique en voiture. L’hôtel est super joli, plusieurs piscines et la nourriture était très bonne. Le personnel est top et réponds à tout moment à nos questions/besoins. Nous espérons y revenir. "

"The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove."

"Stayed here a few times now, the hotel is kept clean by a great team, nice to see the same staff faces. Didn't get much of a chance to use the pool area, but that was also kept clean. Breakfast the same as always, no change in items, but enjoyed what we had. Will stay again."
