"The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"Incredibly beautiful and unique hotel in a centralized location close to a train station. Our suite was gigantic (like 3 big hotel rooms combined). The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. "I was under the impression this was a hotel. It is not, the desk is not manned except for a few hours a day. You have to notify the staff of the time of your arrival and then have a code to get in the giant wooden front door. There is an elevator that will fit only 2 people with small luggage and it lets you off where you still have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the front door of the property. It's like one section of a floor in a large building. They still charged me 44 euros at...

"This small hotel was right in the centre, minutes from the metro & a fantastic location for us to explore Naples. It was well maintained and really comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast in room was great, plentiful and very convenient. Staff were helpful & friendly. It was very quiet, despite the central local. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you."
