"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. "Lovely traditional hotel a short walk from the tower. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was cancelled late and night and thankfully the hotel had rooms available and were able to arrange 2 rooms for us very quickly at 1am. We couldn't have asked for better service - highly recommended."
"The hotel is out of ZTL zone so it is easy to enter and park the car. close to Pisa and good food. The staff was very welcoming and helped to park in blue parking. overall stay was good except we were unable to control AC and it was always 25c "
"Ci siamo fermati solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio. Abbiamo trovato la camera pulitissima e profumata. Un bagno spazioso e munito di tutto l'occorrente. La camera è spaziosa abbastanza per la tipologia di albergo.
Una colazione ricca e scelta tra salato e dolce.
Ma sopratutto è da menzionare la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto il personale.
