"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. "The hotel is out of ZTL zone so it is easy to enter and park the car. close to Pisa and good food. The staff was very welcoming and helped to park in blue parking. overall stay was good except we were unable to control AC and it was always 25c "
"We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. "Stayed here for 5 nights with my Family of 6. The hotel staff and service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. The room only had 1 washroom for 6 people which was challenging. The pool was large and not busy. Their roof top restaurant was definitely worth trying. The view and the food were both excellent. The beach club the hotel recommended and booked was right across the street and easy to access. "
