"The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay!
I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip.
Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you...

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away.
Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit rubbish - functional but not powerful. The button to swap to the bath taps didn’t work. There is no soundproofing. If the people in the room next door or above are awake then you’re awake! Can also hear a lot of noise from the road outside. The bar is lovely. Food and drinks are good and staff are attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight - plenty of everything - hot food, charcuterie, fruit, cereal, horchata, fartons, churros,...

"The location is ideal. We found everything walkable. If you're a good walker you can get to City of Arts and Science through the park. Beautiful walk. Because it's in the heart of tourist area be sure to request interior room if noise bothers you. We loved having the balconies and slept soundly, but one of our party didn't. I would stay here again. The breakfast was well worth the 10 euros per person."
