"Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes. At the end we decided to have lunch and gave them until 15:30 to get it ready. There were issues with key card to room and tennis court. "We found ourselves in Vic late at night after a rental car break down and had to find last-minute accommodations. Up Rooms Vic saved our day! The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning."
