"Un hotel acogedor, moderno y muy bien ubicado."

"Customer service"

"Muy bien ubicado"

"I was really expecting a lot more from this hotel, from the reviews I read from other guests. I was disappointed from a few things: • Windowless inside room • No towels in the room • The room not ready as requested (2 beds) • Lack of parking instructions before arriving • Glass bathroom door - lack of privacy The breakfast was just OK. Liked other hotels I stayed at in Murcia before. Not impressed by this ones"

"Average hotel"

"Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. "Habitación limpia muy bien ubicada"

"En general es un hotel muy tranquilo limpio y el personal muy atento, 2 puntos desfavorable: 1) No hay transporte público cerca la parada de buses mas cercana esta a 2 km 2) El desayuno no es variado, todos los dias lo mismo"

"La atención fue muy buena."

"Nice hotel, it was spotlessly clean everyday. Very walkable location, even to the main bus station, you can hop on a bus to and from the airport for less than 2 euros. Plenty of food places nearby too. Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options and even had soya milk which is helpful if you're vegan. I would happily stay again."

"Had an excellent stay at this hotel with family,no complaints."

"Très bon petit déjeuner"

"Smart hotel very centrally situated for local attractions. Lovely breakfast and super helpful staff."

"Hotel is in a great location and with very useful parking. Whilst not the most up to date of rooms they never the less were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not much options for gluten free, but then again, no hotel ever is. Cheaper than other alternatives, but you get what you pay for and I’d choose this hotel again for all the reasons above."
