Hi Kim, I checked into this for you and I do not see any additional fees charged for an early check-in, you were given that for free as a curtesy. The 145 charge on the day of arrival was to satisfy your remaining balance owed for the reservation. We only collected half of the total at the time of booking, to hold the room, and we collect the second half on the day of check-in.Regarding the "rules" you must be referring to the no smoking in the rooms, no pets on property, and quite hours after 10pm? We are sorry if these seemed excessive to you.
