"Didn’t realise what a gem of a place this was. Decor was excellent, place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included I didn’t expect I can have eggs made how I wanted. It was a good selection for breakfast. Also had dinner and I was pleasantly impressed with the duck (usually difficult to do well). I would easily stay here again when in Timmins"

"The Good: Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special, but still good. I’d like to steal the pillows from my room. It was very clean. The room itself was good for the most part. Staff were just fine. The Bad: The pool was closed the whole weekend. I booked the hotel for the pool and paid extra so we’d have a hotel with a pool. The door in my room kept getting caught on the hinge thing above the door causing it to get stuck sometimes. You could see the damage on the door."

"For the cost, service was ok but they could step up their room service. No issue with room service being provided every other day but little was done other than replenish towels, empty garbage and straighten bed. Could have used a quick vacuum and bathroom clean of surfaces and floor. Amenities were standard soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with one make up wipe remover. No shower cap or any other extras. Water in room was for members only. Overall, the cost is overpriced for the service...

"The location is very central. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all of the services provided with the room and ensure we got settled in. The rooms are great. We’ve stayed here 3x in the past year and we have never been disappointed. The suites are set up very conveniently. There is a television set up in the living area with a very comfortable sofa. "The staff were warm & welcoming The room was clean & well presented. There was road construction outside which made it hard to get in & out of the property but this was no fault of the hotel. It was an enjoyable experience."

When we were finally told we could go into the room, we were shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained it was. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made it even more unpleasant.
