"We had a good one night stay at this no frills Hotel! It has everything you need for her comfortable night. The bed was very comfy and the rooms are modern. The only thing it lacked was a coffee maker. There is coffee available in the lobby, but I like to have a cup in the room before breakfast. That said, it was a good overnight stay. The best surprise was the incredible offerings for breakfast! Very fresh and delicious. Our encounters with the staff were wonderful also. Everyone was very...

"Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!"

"Clean and comfortable room, although not what I had reserved (booked a king bed, was given a room with 2 queen beds). Staff was generally polite and helpful. Some wear showing in the facility. Location is great, convenient to downtown Wilmington. No airport shuttle, even though it’s only about 5 or 6 miles away. I’d stay here again."

"The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

"I believe the hotel staff have done the best they could with what they have to work with. The room had been cleaned but it is not well maintained and that reflects badly in the cleanliness dept. the whole floor smelled heavily of mildew and sewage. The room just had a lighter smell of mildew and sewage when the AC would kick on it got stronger. We were too tired to leave so we stayed 1 of the 2 nights booked. The carpet had obvious black stains on it and near walls which would indicate that was...
