We would not usually change the sheets during a short break of 3 nights unless specifically requested, and we are sure this would be the case with most hotels. We were not aware of the issues with the shower and the toilet so will certainly look into those.

The majority of our staff were furloughed and stayed with us during the pandemic so your speculation about European staff is off base. The regulations in place have resulted in different operational procedures which put extra pressure on serving staff, and we are sorry if we did not meet your expectations.

We only advertise as having Wifi in the public areas of the hotel but will take your feedback on board and we may extend this to the bedrooms in the future. Unfortunately the Isle of Wight in general does not receive great mobile phone coverage. We hope to welcome you back to the Trouville again in the future.
