"部屋も清潔で家族4人安心して泊まることができました。徒歩2分の距離にcoopがありますのでとても便利です。もちろん部屋には水やスナック、コーヒーや紅茶のサービスがありました。満足しています。"

"If you are travelling to the Albion by car be prepared to look for an hotel called The Rock. There is no Albion sign to be seen."

"Very good location right near the sea with views of the mainland. Staff helpful when present but not in evidence much of the time. Older property with some noise from room above."

"Good location with incredible sea views. Unfortunately, with only a few guests there was no breakfast, no food & no bar open which was disappointing."

"Very friendly and efficient checkin. Spacious clean room with very comfortable bed. No AC but fan provided in room due to warm weather. Very good cooked breakfast made to order, Excellent dinner in fine dining restraurant."

"Staff 100%. Great for pets"

"Cooked breakfast was on the small side if that was all you were eating."

"Quiet, comfortable hotel. Great location for the beach. The staff were just lovely. Friendly and helpful. Decor a little dated but charming in an oldy woldy way. Nice breakfasts."

"Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room."

"Saw no staff during trip, could not get in without help from a neighber across the road."

"Perfect location in Shanklin, wonderful views. It’s just a short walk to the old village and Shanklin Chine. The hotel is a little tired in places but overall it was very good. It’s great that you can use the facilities in the sister hotel next door so there’s plenty to enjoy."

"Preis war etwas hoch und die Klimaanlage zu laut."

"The property is quite outdated but the staff were helpful and it was adequate for our one night stay."

"We booked the luxury caravan with a hot tub, although unfortunately we wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”. There were a few things that we felt needed attention. The radiators in the bathrooms were rusty and really need replacing, the grouting was mouldy, and one of the shower screens had mould around the bottom. The white railing around the patio was also loose and needs securing. The hot tub had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival, but there were what looked like small stones in it,...

"This is a hotel in need of a star … a star makeover and general upkeep and building works ! The Staff are wonderful and helpful. Just as well because a vigorous opening of a window might see it crashing onto the road . Although as clean as the staff can do it’s got gaps / damp / loose fittings / signs of doors being forced/general lack of repair/ general lack of money and care . Again the young staff are great and really try. It could be smart and have real unique feel not downtrodden neglect...

" A lovely stay at this property, room was lovely with a great sea view. Food was very good, breakfast was excellent. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here, every member of staff was friendly and exceptionally professional, Emma on reception was absolutely wonderful. Very enjoyable meals, spa was great. Beautiful and convenient location, I'd happily stay again."
