"Everyone at the hotel was nice but it’s ruined by the obnoxious chap who runs the bar… they advertise it’s open till midnight.
Came in about 10.30 and having a nice chat with another couple. Got served then the bloke disappeared, returned once to serve the other couple after a long wait then didn’t reappear till 1145 to announce that its midnight and that the bar is shut and ‘no you can’t have another coffee’. Bloke was dishevelled and looked like he’s been sleeping.

"nice place to stay. Clean, practical, a good place to start a daily exploration of Paris city. The matras, however, were not of the best quality; But still acceptable."

"No parking.
Everything is cheap and poor quality.
Stairs are steep and last floor not finished.
Corridors are very narrow.
View from room is a wall.
Poor breakfast - terrible coffee."

Nous avons payer pour avoir une places de parking pendant notre séjour et rentrant à l’hôtel vers 22h toutes les places réserver à l’hôtel était prise. Nous avons dû nous garer sur une parcelle non comprise à l’hôtel."

"I was completely disappointed. I booked a room in a hotel and was "upgraded" to an apartment. That ment no service, there was no hairdryer or a water kettle. The hotel was supposed to have a pool etc. The front desk was closed so I had to check in and go for breakfast to a different hotel. The free parking apparently does not exist so I had to park (and pay) quite far away at a square and the staff in the other hotel could not do anything as they only give out the room key. If I wanted to stay...

"This is our experience staying one night at the Holiday Suites in Blankenberge.
Once you check into Holiday Suites they will call and ask if you need a towel. We decided to share a towel as they said it costs 8.50 Euro for one pack.
We received another call later, asking for the payment of 2 packs. We asked for a reimbursement of one towel pack for their mistake. They apologized and told us they could only reimburse us through a voucher at their hotel. We said no, we want our money back as we...

"Rather retro hotel that seems like a former home for old people in style and look. Many pensioners as visitors but also some students. A distinct hostel-feeling overall. Lovely location with a short walk to the beach - but very strange that swimming was forbidden in early October."

"Stayed 2 nights in October 25, perfectly situated for a short stay with great view over the coastline. Couldn’t fault hotel and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast with plenty of choice hot and cold. Sunglasses in the pillows were a fun touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
"The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
