It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "A stop on the via Francigena to room my room was in a block across the yard from hotel where the first floor appeared to be an apartment. Room very modern good WiFi but no hot water at four in the afternoon I needed a shower after a 23km walk. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to be on the road in the morning. "
