"The breakfast buffet on the top floor was definitely a highlight. Klem was the lady working the breakfast shift. She was wonderful. Very helpful, very kind and very quick to clean our table when we went back for more food. We had heard that Klem had family Venezuela and we wanted to send our very best wishes to her. "

"The hotel is on a corner with very welcoming staff and a very nicely decorated lobby area. The room was clean, great size and had nice amenities available. The only drawback during this stay was the elevator went out for a day requiring going up and down the stairs to the third floor. The location is convenient to walk to many restaurants and sightseeing areas."

"Beautiful property. We had a great experience. Our room was upgraded and we received a lovely welcome gift. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were on the street side which was a little noisy but nothing terrible. We loved the location and the breakfast was amazing!! Danny was wonderful. He was so kind, remembered us and was so personable. We’d definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The staff and especially the front desk were very helpful. The hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping and the Cathedral. We walked everywhere very centrally located. Room size was ok, but their bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was very good. The air conditioner was perfect our room and the hotel was very comfortable especially after walking outside under the sun and heat. We did not get breakfast so cannot comment on it."
