"The lobby had a very strong floral scent thats overpowering. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The water pressure wasnt the greatest and the water kept going cold and hot while showering. Everything was fairly priced. But the scent of the libby when coming and going was what ruined the stay. It keot giving me a headache as it was really strong. "

"I booked a smoking room and on arrival was told my smoking means there is a balcony but my room has not got a balcony and there are no rooms with a balcony available. Even though I booked it in advance. The sound isolation in this hotel is non-existence. The court yard is nice and they have a gated parking, which was nice. "

"The location isn't great, more than 10 mins from the subway. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom after even the shortest shower. There was not enough hot water for us all to shower and when these issues were raised the response was to not use both showers at the same time. Plus there was black mould in the main bedroom. Also, the room was not as advertised. The second bedroom was a single, not a queen, which meant that one couple was forced to use the sofa bed the whole weekend - meaning that the living area was out of use. Hugely disappointing place to say, not as advertised, terrible amenities and appaling customer service. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place and I am completely baffled by the positive reviews given our experience."
