The Guesthouse was OK. The room clean and the bed was good. But I had an incident with the check in process.
I received an email with three codes. One to open the front door, one to open the door of the guest house and another for my room.
The problem was that the door to the guest house would not open. There was a phone number to call so I did.
The person answering the phone, instead of recognizing there was something wrong with the code, insisted I try the wrong code several times. I told the person about 3 or 4 times the code was maybe the problem, but instead of offering a new code, he kept insisting I was the one making the mistake when typing the code. He escalated the situation without a reason talking to me like if I were a child. This made me guess this incident might happen quite frequently and they assume automatically the guest is making the mistake, so I felt the person was not really listening to me. So, if anyone books, double check the codes.
