Hotel on the top floors of a very high building so there’s always a good view, either to the bay or to the city. Beach and promenade is 2 min away, old city 10 min… I would book it again

A modern hotel perfectly located to explore San Sebastián. It is a two minute walk to the beach and ten minutes to the buzzing old town. Very good value for money.

Loved the views over the rooftops out to the bay. It was amazing to watch the colors of the bay change right from the room. The bed and bath are very comfortable and the design of the room is very nice. The staff is very friendly. Nothing beat the short walk to the beach, promenade and old town. At night the neighborhood was quiet even though it was very central.

Fantastic dog-friendly hotel

We totally love this hotel. Secure on-site parking (bit tight, but seems to work), fantastic location literally a few minutes from the seafront, and VERY dog friendly (our little guy had his own bed, and welcome pack, with a toy he really loves, clearly thought out by someone who knows dogs), also spacious room, very comfortable. No restaurant, but not a problem for us - we actually had Glovo deliver to the room. Have stayed here 3x now and love it.

Amazing views

Stayed in one of the sea view suites. Fantastic views from both balconies across the bay. The front of house staff were exceptional, very friendly and great communication. Would definitely stay again if back in Donostia.

This hotel was ideal for our San Sebastián vacation. We were only 1 minute from the beach, and about 15 minutes from all of the famous pintxo places. Staff were nice and they left out free soda and water for guests when they returned to the building. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the cafes nearby are good.

Hotel is in a great location, just a street back from the beach with its lovely promenade. 15 minutes walk to the old town. If coming by car it’s easy to get to and park at. We had a junior suite on the top floor on the corner - room 504 - and the views were amazing. Check in staff were friendly and it was nice to have cans of free soft drinks available upon our return in the afternoon.
