Super hotel on the river, fifteen minutes to centre and beaches. Hotel staff are friendly and professional, rooms are large and clean. This was a late booking as our planned accommodation had fallen through - this was a much better choice than the one we had planned to stay in!

Hotel is a 25 minute walk to the old town & beach but its flat. It was extremely busy but has many bars & restaurants. Buzzing. There is a beautiful sunset to be seen down at the beach. We have a motorbike and there is secure parking at the hotel.

We liked our stay. The room, while small, was beautiful with a view of the city and the surrounding nature, including a working fountain. Refrigerator in the room, laundry service. A rare case in Spain, the parking was attached to the building, very convenient. Nice breakfast options and good dinner options as part of the hotel, and close to many food attractions in the city. Close to the beaches, shopping, everything.

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the center and with many bus stops available. The structure is great, with spacious rooms (especially the bathroom). The staff is friendly and always available. Cleaning ok, excellent buffet breakfast. The view from my room was awesome.

We stayed two nights in San Sebastián and found this hotel a little too far from the historic centre where we spent most of of our time. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Good stay

Service and hotel as expected. If you are traveling for vacation i would have choosen a hotel closer to city and beach walk. Its a 25 min walk. Happy with my stay. Better than average breakfast.
