The hotel was very centrally located and a 10 minute walk from the ferry port. We had a modern room on the fourth floor with a large balcony. Breakfast was included and a good buffet was served with hot and cold options. There was no bar in the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful recommending 3 restaurants nearby for dinner. Downside was the rooms seemed a bit noisy we could hear doors closing and were woken up by hearing showers and washing machines working above us quite early in the morning

This was our return visit whist explaining La Gomera and although the hotel is still undergoing some building work it didn’t effect our stay. The room was newly refurbished and a the balcony had great view over the Main Street. San Sebastián is an easy place to walk round from the hotel. Breakfast was included and the staff refreshed items quickly my one small complaint was the toaster which didn’t work giving out so little heat there was no danger of injury or burning bread. Definitely a hotel to consider.

Good central location. The bright room had a lovely view of the park. There was renovation work being carried out on the ground floor, which meant there was only a temporary reception, no bar or cafe, and the restaurant had less atmosphere than it otherwise would have done. There was no noise from the work, so it did not disturb us.

Its a pity that Room 114 had no external window. It was a bit like living in a box. Had we have known in advance that this room had no external window, we would not have booked. Other than this its a pleasant hotel with pleasant staff.

Great Pkace

Nice, comfortable hotel with great reception staff. The hotel is near the bus station and the ferry port. The hotel is in the center of town surrounded by good restaurants, friendly bars and the beach. Great for everybody.

We chose this hotel for overnight stay after arrival on the ferry. We knew it as we were based there with a group for a week last year. It is within walking distance of the port, the reception is open late and there are nearby restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful and good buffet breakfast included in the price. Rooms are fine - clean and adequate. Our room did not have a window, but was away from street and quiet, which was fine for an overnight stay. Good value for money.

The waiting staff at breakfast worked incredibly hard. My complaint is about the fact the hotel charged a deposit of 20 euros and then 1 euro.50 per day for a safe key !! Which I declined . Also I do think complimentary bottled water and tissues should be provided in the rooms

Venligt personale og god morgenmad . Værelset var rent og pent , men var uden vindue . Det var ikke godt . Det havde en dør ud til en skakt . Ok fordi vi kun boede der to overnatninger . Ellers ville det være for klaustrofobisk. Mvh. Bjørg

Hotel im Städtchen mit gutem Service und Essen

Das Hotel liegt im ruhigen Städtchen nahe beim Hafen, Park und Strand. Der Service und das Essen waren tiptop. Das interior Zimmer war sauber, hatte ein schönes Badezimmer, war aber dunkel und nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Die Terrasse ist nachmittags im Schatten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren mit dem Auto oder Bus.

Bis auf das nur noch gerade ausreichend zu bewertende Frühstück war das Hotel insgesamt gut. Leider viel das Frühstück zun Gesamteindruck stark ab.
