Beautiful location and friendly check in staff. For the price, clean and comfortable. Room was a bit small but again for the price and location understandable. Free breakfast was good but lack options / staffing. Overall - solid place for the rating and money.

Spent one night in a triple occupancy room. Check in was speedy and hotel staff very nice. Nice terrace area and super lovely pool with nice views of surrounding landscape. Liked that you could order coffee, drinks, or ice cream at the pool area. Breakfast was surprisingly robust and offered a nice variety of options. The room itself was basic and perhaps slightly outdated but I already knew that based on reading reviews and to be honest i found it to be perfectly adequate. Easy parking available and the center of town is a short 10 minute walk. If you are looking for good value for your money and want a nice pool to take a dip in then this is the place for you!

Short stay for a wedding

The hotel is ideally located, 10 minutes walk from the old town. It has a nice view on the hills, a nice restaurant terrace and a very nice swimming pool in a large garden. The rooms would benefit from some refurbishment.

After going to our room and seeing that it wasn’t right we addressed it with reception and were told they had given our room to someone else by accident and had no quadruple rooms available. Spoilt by poor cooling system.

Good location on the edge of the town.Good pool area with loads of sunbeds and umbrellas.Lovely views from the pool area. Air conditioning in the room was not able to cool the room. A fan was supplied but this barely improved the situation resulting in three uncomfortable nights.Room 46 Air con needs an upgrade.

Do not stay here if you have toddlers. We booked a triple room for 2 adults & 1 child and requested cot bed. The room was the size of a shoe box with the cot bed placed in the middle or the room so you could not access the other side of the room. They moved us to a larger room and did the same. The following morning they removed one single bed to make space. Upon check out they charged us €15 for the cot bed which we had initially booked for and cited terms and conditions. Terrible stay, rooms outdated and atrocious customer service.

Uma localização perto do paraíso!

Ótima localização! Muito confortável, uma vista, ao lado da piscina (que por si só é um espetáculo!) de tirar o fôlego! Café da manhã diversificado e de boa qualidade, merecendo uma nota 9,5! O espaço interno e conforto do quarto, muito bom! Enfim, a estrutura é ótima, porém o atendimento pouco simpático!

Not a great deal

Very outdated hotel. Room not very comfortable and very old, definetly need a refresh. Bed is very uncomfortable and the pillow very poor quality. The garden is big but the photo are overselling the property, which is not as beautiful as you think. It also seems from advertisement there are electric bikes available for renting, but it is not true! Breakfast is very low quality very few things good to eat, coffee machine is really not good. Considering the high price charged I will not recommend this structure

Excelente local para fazer como local base!

O hotel oferece muito conforto. A princípio pensei que o quarto seria pequeno pois dizem que tem 17metros quadrado mas acho que não contaram a área do banheiro. Acho que tem 20m2. O café da manhã não é excelente mas é muito bom. O local que está localizado o hotel é excelente! Voltaria a ficar neste hotel com certeza! Recomendarei aos amigos. Excelente hotel para ficar como base e visitar cidades vizinhas ( Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza ).

Grande struttura con una bella piscina e giardino. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti. L’hotel necessita di ristrutturazione a partire dall’arredamento delle camere. Tutto comunque pulito e ottima doccia. Colazione dolce e salata presentata male e poco invitante.
