The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. "I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food....

"Print or save your map beforehand. Do not exit onto a gravel road! The property is located inside a golf community. The map on the listing is incorrect! As of October 2025 all maps including Google, Waze and Apple maps all have the wrong and remote location. The correct location is Lucero. We had a beautiful experience! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We had an amazing stay!"
