"Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom...

"Had the best six days there just recently and did not wanna leave. The property is so peaceful and chill… full of great views and conveniently reef to snorkel in front of. The staff was so incentive and helpful. Jorge he was mad managing the property"

"food was buffet style but usually good, breakfasts were excellent. Room was basic but clean. Pool was awesome and staff around the pool were attentive. Probably not a fancy enough resort for some folks but for a family vacation it's an excellent choice. We don't dive but folks that do would find it an excellent choice also. Dive boats left regularly from right across the street. "

"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"
