"Clean room with complimentary slippers. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water Staff helpful & attentive. Secure underground car parking was the main reason we chose this hotel & it didn’t disappoint, plenty of spaces and very secure. The food in the restaurant was very good but thought the strip lighting made the restaurant feel a little uninviting Tea & coffee making facilities would have been useful but overall very nice place to stay"

"The hotel parking was full and had to park at a public parking close by"

"Very old hotel. Needs some renovations, especially for the bathrooms."

"We thoroughly enjoyed it's location. Was perfect. The parking garage is a nightmare to navigate. Biggest problem was the hotel was very cold because they don't turn the heating on until 1st November each year. Fortunately the very pleasant reception staff lent us a portable room heater, without which we would have probably left the hotel earlier than we would have wanted. We were there 17th to 20th October and the place was very cold. Given all they have to do is recognise how cold the weather...

Exteriores necesita mejor mejorar"

"Clean, comfortable room - basic but it’s all you need. 12 min walk to the old town."

"The location was perfect for walking around Burgos and exploring. There was very secure parking just outside the door of the hotel at a reasonable price. And, the two young ladies that helped me at reception were professional and kind. To me, they were the best part of the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, but just a little bit noisy a few times. It looks like the hotel caters to tour groups. I didn't have breakfast, but it looked like there were many options. I was traveling...

"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

"Todo bien en general"
