"Breakfast very good. Staff very good Management problem: Wi Fi very flaky and mostly not working in room Light switch not working and not repaired properly Bathtub impossible to turn off unless gorilla tight and then can't turn on- so it drips. Again, this is a management problem. Staff tries to be helpful. "

"I don't trust hotel.com at this point. Reviews bragged about breakfast. It was mediocre. Hotel was run down hard mattresses. Hotel.com is more interested in making money vs being transparent about hotel conditions. I have never been happy with the hotels through hotel.com I recommend hotel tonight. Better prices better hotels"

"I checked in around 2am, and left around 7am. Just needed a bed to sleep for a few hours, but I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was. Is it a five star resort with 1000 thread count sheets? No... but is it clean and a great place to stay when visiting San Luis Obisbo? And a great value? Yes. Very nice, very clean, felt very safe. I even had a beautiful view from the shower, where the window opened up to the mountain behind the property. Absolutely would stay here again."
