"Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits et nous sommes parti après la première. Points faible : -pas de wifi fonctionnelle - pas d’acceuil en anglais ,ardue et uniquement espagnol - Cours extérieur délabré - pas d’eau chaude - Pas de savon - Pas de savon à vaisselle n’y pour la douche - Pas de café ou thé comme promis - quartier bruyant - Images non représentatives - serviette à douche déchiré et tache - - Point positif: - Pas cher - Le chien accueillant et très gentils"

"Nous y sommes allés pour une escale. Hôtel propre ( il y aurait la possibilité de manger sur place le soir mais nous n’avons pas testé ). L’offre aux alentours à pieds était plutôt fast-food. Nous y étions hors saison et l’hôtel était vide. Petit déjeuner local ou possibilité d’avoir des gaufres. Très bien pour une escale même si peut être un peu cher ."

"We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

"It's out there from the basic touristy stuff so you are not at the Ritz but that is what you come here for. To get away and live with the land. Experience Costa. Close enough to Blue Falls, which should be on everyone's list. Property is what you imagine living in the Jungle would be like. Hear the Monkeys in the morning. "La mansion is in a beautiful location, and has nice views of the lake. The swimming pool and hot tub (more of a warm-tub) were great. I also loved our bright yellow room with crazy tiles thoughout the bathroom. The restaurant was ok. I would recommend eating at one of the local sodas instead. Overall, a great spot if you have a car to explore the area(Including La Fortuna)"

"The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not it. It is located on a busy road with extremely loud traffic all day and night. Ear plugs were provided but were useless. I'm happy thay my stay was limited to one night as I require quiet enjoyment in my lodgings. Parking was also tricky and the rivers and gardens mentioned in other reviews were non existent. This property is 2 hours away from San Jose...

"The view from the room was absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of our stay. The room itself was clean and spacious, which worked perfectly for me and my husband.
