The pool was enjoyable but we couldn't always get a chaise because of the crowd. Our window did not overlook the beach.

This was the best 40th birthday I’ve could’ve ever asked for the staff was great. The food was great. The atmosphere was amazing. Will be coming back next year and years to come!

Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe
The floor was dirty even after housekeeping cleaned it. Probably requires deep cleaning. Room was dated and lighting was bad. Bed was making squeaky sounds. The hotel is definitely not showing its best quality.

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
The room was nice. Unfortunately we can hear everything going on outside.There were doors slamming all night and we can hear the staff have conversations right outside the door for a long period. The Royal Sonesta San Juan
The pool seating situation was not good. People were getting there early and reserving chairs and not coming back for hours. Therefore, none were available unless someone got up. There should be a policy enforced for how long you should not be there. Otherwise staff and hotel was great.
