"The hotel is in need of major renovations. The carpet in the hallway is old and worn down actually causes a safety hazard due to parts coming up and causing a tripping hazard. There is only one working elevator for guests to use in main lobby. On the lighter side, staff is pleasant and welcoming. ..."
