"I only stayed for a quick overnight, but the staff was very friendly and kind, and my room was clean and comfortable. Some stuff in the building is a little old, but the maintenance team is clearly working hard to keep everything running well. It's not clearly marked, but there is parking behind the building, so you're not stuck if you don't see any available spots out front!"

"Me and my wife loved the area along with the convenience to U.N.F. Campus. The previous clerk was more customer friendly and the one was on duty at check in was allegedly afraid of my two small service dogs. We were temporarily inconvenience and had to find another location. The clerk informed us we had to get in contact with our third-party refund. They don't worry about my family to utilize their business again."

"Who ever was working the night shift on April 21 was the only person who should keep a job. She was nice, respectful and very kind to my family when they checked in. From 22 April to 04 may this place was a nightmare. 2 electric burners, a microwave and small sink.Problem is no dishes, Silverware, cups, pots, pans, etc are provided.This is also the first extended stay type hotel I've been to that doesn't provide iron and ironing board. Being that I flew my wife and 2 daughters here to visit me after not seeing me since August when I deployed it would have been great to have these items especially since this was the main reason we picked this hotel. Further more shower pressure was low, no hair dryer and no towels could be exchanged; that went for bed sheets as well.Things happen but I used my own money to wash the only 3 towels they provided us using guest laundry.Asked room service for trash bags and toilet paper when they were cleaning vacant rooms, i was told to get them at the front desk.Not a safe place, questionable people in and out of here, reeks of pot and employees lockup at night and it's only hotel guests.01May 3am I heard a couple arguing in the hallway.They progressively got louder until the elevator.I heard them again in the parking lot. My last night, 03 May I called police 1230 at night because room above us sounded like a brawl.My 2 year old was woke up and crying from the noise.Staybaway from this place."

"The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is the room number needs to be changed IMMEDIATELY. So to say it’s against the law is a LIE. The proper term would be per the policy of this hotel I am not allowed to transfer calls to guest rooms but to lie and say it’s against the law is just SORRY. Indians have such nasty attitudes and think they can just say some crap cause they own hotels. No you still should have respect for your guests and potential customers but still protecting in house guests. I’ve worked at 8 hotels. I’ve done hospitality for 10 years. I’ll never stay here again EVER. It was an emergency and I didn’t ask for the room number cause I’m not stupid. We see who is the stupid one."

"Clean room, staff was great and near lots of amenities, Dave & Busters and restaurants."

"The front desk staff was amazing very friendly and helpful! House keeping came to do our room and they apparently don’t empty the garbages or anything tho so we cleaned our room our self and then they made the bed and gave us towels. The pool area was okay but most of the chairs on the pool deck were ripped and broken and the pool itself inside was pretty dirty. The hotel bar / restaurant didn’t have much , everything we tried to order they were out of so we got fries. Other than that it was a great location. "
