The shower wasn't cleaned, there was a super dirty shirt stuffed between the bed and side table, the power went out for several hours, and the thermostat didn't work. At check out I tried explaining this to the employee but was mostly brushed off. I've been going to San Jose for years but will likely be using a competitor going forward."
