"That was our first time in San Jose, and we wanted to stay and experience downtown and the Hyatt was the perfect spot to be! Breakfast was actually really good and had something new each morning before we went out to explore. The room itself was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the same side as the train and the first night I did hear some airplanes over head and I had to get used to the train bell outside but the room had a sound machine to help with that and by the second night I was almost just used to it and really didn’t mind it. The hotel is pet friendly and really accommodating. We would definitely stay again!"

"Extremely well maintained property inside and out. Friendly helpful staff. Room we rented was clean, large. Very nice quiet stay. We will be return customers in the future. Near many stores. Good breakfast variety. Nice pool. Please be aware that you must have a valid card to pay a deposit even though you pay for your entire stay in advance. We were on a tight budget but thankfully we had the deposit that was returned once we left the room in good condition. Highly recommend."

"Location was great. Staying in town for wedding events and needed something budget friendly but convenient. This worked perfectly. Easy parking, even arriving late, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, and great breakfast spread. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be a repeat customer if I need to stay in San Jose again. Additionally, for those with lots of luggage or other needs, they had a roomy elevator to take you to the second floor. 10/10 recommend."
