I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! "Well positioned property, by the side of the airport, with a free shuttle. Rooms are spacious and clean with a good pool. All members of staff were courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of local food and exceptional service. Special mention must be made of Raul who was jovial as well as efficient and made us feel as if we were long-lost friends. When I contacted reception to find a place to glue back the sole of one of my shoes which had come off, she rang maintenance and the gentleman who responded offered to do it for me, which he did in a couple of hours. This is what I call exceptional service! Having an Alsama Tours desk was a bonus, the ever efficient Jolene arranging a number of excellent tours for us."
