โรงแรมใกล้เขตศิลปะซาน โคเซ เดล กาโบ, San José del Cabo

"Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience"

"At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend...

"La atención de Armando en lobby fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin embargo otra chica de recepción dio un servicio bastante deficiente. Afortunadamente Armando nos ayudó a resolver el problema y todo fluyó sin contratiempos"

"Todo excelente desde la recepción hasta el lugar muy bonito todo, la habitación algo pequeña pero se disfruta mucho dormir en esa cama !!"

"Beautiful spot on the town square. Attentive staff. Comfortable room! Walking distance to gray shops and dining! Lovely restaurant and bar on premises!"

"Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,"

"Stayed here as part of a group for a birthday celebration. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view suite. We had some challenges the first day… 1. Bathroom leaked water due to condensation from air system 2. The lights in the room didn’t work and a technician had to come to repair. 3. There was heavy rain and one of the rooms flooded water even though we were on the second floor. Due to the issues, they moved us to a different room. However, no offer was made to address the first day challenges. The...

"Hyatt Ziva is a bit of a dated property but overall very friendly and attentive staff. The service at all the restaurants and poolside was excellent. The food is average but to be expected for an all inclusive. Very family friendly and lots of pools to choose from. Overall a good stay but rooms and property could be updated given the price point."

"I didn’t like the location of the bathroom. It doesn’t provide privacy and also, when taking shower, some of the water ends up coming out from the under the door. The receptionist SOPHIA is very pleasant. She deserves compliments"

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

"It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities."

"We loved this property! Beautiful setting right on the beach, great pool, very friendly staff, rooms weren’t fancy but very clean and internet was excellent. We also liked that it was walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Only stayed a couple of days this time but would come back for longer next time!"
