A casa della mala gestione del gestore, si era perso la nostra prenotazione, dopo quasi un’ora e mezza é riuscito a recuperarla e invece di darci due stanze come da prenotazione effettuata ci ha dato una stanza sola per 4 persone. "This is a wonderful hotel located in Lucera and close to the charming town of Pietra Montecorvino ( a real hidden gem). Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Staff was accommodating and the breakfast was excellent with sweet and savory options."

"Received code to access the building from owner/manager via what's app. On arrival, entered main door and no lighting whatsoever. The entrance had a horrible smell and musty sense. Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. We booked somewhere else at a much cleaner hotel"
