"This property is a gem in the center of Siena. I was happy to learn about their “valet” parking arrangement with a garage which made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are lovely and the staff very accommodating. Other than breakfast there are no other amenities (ie bar or 24 hr desk clerk) and one can come and go as they please with keys to the palace door!"

"Quiet and comfortable."

"The front desk and lobby area are only open from 8am-8:30pm. It is locked in the off hours and there is no one there if you need anything. We had several rooms in our party and one had a very musty odor and the power had issues. Another room had a leak in the ceiling during a rain storm. The breakfast is good but the one lady working it was very rude. Would not stay there again on another trip in Florence."

"Pros: good amount of space, good location. Security was good, safe area. Cons: No laundry - we were under the impression it was on the ground level. Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...

"Plenty of room and very clean. Great location- but still quiet and plenty of restaurants within walking distances and little stores. Our apartment room was the best (#5) because it had a balcony we enjoyed! Also, very handy, was the washer/dryer in basement and well organized for ease of use."
