"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). Es gab keine richtige Lobby in der man sich gemütlich aufhalten konnte (war viel zu klein und im Eingangsbereich) Die kleine Bar hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge. "

"This was a wonderful hotel! The location was perfect for sight seeing and a quick walk to the train station. The hotel was wonderfully clean with nice linens. Enjoyed the breakfast and the staff very much! Wish we had stayed a few more nights there."

"Beautiful hotel in a calm yet centrally located building. It is a renovated convent and it’s beautiful, and the neighborhood has a lot of local restaurants and shops and is great to walk around. It is a 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The room was a little bit but normal for European hotels."

"Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property."

"I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel."
