"It is a little surprising not being able to just enter the facility do to doors being locked for security….homeless near by…once you have your room card, very easy to walk in and out of hotel, rooms are small but very equipped with everything you need, very clean, very nice staff, plus they let us leave our luggage after check out to enjoy a couple hours extra"

"Clean room Friendly staff Cafe bar did not meet our expectations as on the day of the arrival there was no hot water or coffee - even after asking for it. Great location since top tourist locations are at walking locations. They let us leave our car till 6pm on the day of checkout - that was a great convenience and we really appreciated that."

"It worked for me but be aware that there is a lot of traffic noise in the rooms facing onto the 101. For light sleepers like me that is a deal breaker. I moved to a courtyard room and it was fine. Comfortable beds and pillows, a fridge in the room but alas no microwave. I would stay again! "
