It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. "It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. My room featured a private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the island’s beauty. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, creating a peaceful retreat after days of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I must highlight Cristian, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s truly an exceptional person, professional, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Andrés, just minutes from the island’s main attractions, stunning beaches, and lively commercial centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or a stroll through local markets, everything is conveniently close by. The food was delicious, with a good variety to please every palate, and the service was top-notch throughout. The property was always clean and well cared for, and there’s ample parking for buggy cars, which is a huge plus for those who love to explore the island on wheels.
