"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."

"Very good hotel , location directly near the shore it is almost far from venice center but you can easily use boat 5.1 to arrive , station is 12 minutes walking from hotel , ot is located in Lido , breakfast was good, i recommend it ."

"We had a wonderful stay. Warm and welcoming staff, a true boutique experience that we were looking for. The location is great, not far from a water bus stop and has a convenient platform within the hotel for private water taxes. Breakfast is great and the restaurant is very nice.
