"Location is what makes this hotel worth a stay. Otherwise a bit mediocre. Several issues in bathroom-sink stopper didn’t work, toilet seat loose, lighting so so for shaving. Breakfast buffet good Major complaint was advice on how to get to hotel from airport. It is directly accessible by water taxi but concierge told us to use their preferred car service, which was very poor."

"Annia Park was the perfect place to end our vacation in Venice. The airport shuttle was convenient and affordable. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious with superb service. " Hotel Montecarlo is in an excellent location, just off St. Mark’s Piazza in a quiet area. It was easy to walk to nearby sites and restaurants from the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. While the room was small, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Montecarlo again in the future. "

"We chose to return to this hotel because we enjoyed it so much the first time. About 5.00pm each night the day trippers leave and the serenity and beauty of Murano is compelling. It is quiet, rooms are comfortable and staff, especially at breakfast are delightful. The breakfast selection is huge and high quality with as much coffee or tea (or prosecco) as you want. There are five or six excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and the shopping is amazing. "

"My partner and I travelled for three nights and stayed at the Amadeus hotel. We were afraid as it is pretty close to the train terminal and I had heard it was not a great location. but what a plus. Location was great. Wrong it was perfect! The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was exactly what we needed for a whole day out of touring. Many choices. Room was not too small for the standard room we chose and decor was as expected. Rooms looked better in person than in pictures. Bathroom was ok with plenty of hot water. They even provided a breakfast to the go because we checked out at 6:30 am. Wil recommend roe a short stay."

"Wonderful location on Murano. Staff on site, Pino, was extremely couteous and helpful. Close to restaurants and vaporetto access to Venice. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained. A nice garden area overlooking the lagoon. Very highly recommended. My wife and I hope to return next year."

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared broken. Over all it was okay for a one night quick stay but was happy that was all. Needs renovations. Also traffic on the road was noisy all night long. "
