Great Hotel, everything is brand new, design is outstanding, very venetian and luxury. Staff is friendly and helpful. A special mention must go to Emma at reception, who made our stay exceptional.

Where do I begin? We have never stayed in a more fabulous hotel in our lives- and we are old and travel a lot. Immaculate, gorgeous, fabulous breakfast. But a special shoutout to the staff! Always smiling, welcoming, helpful. A special acknowledgement to the lovely Linda who gave us excellent dinner recommendations and Alessandro who went above and beyond in all aspects. (And I have a major crush on him too, don’t tell my husband!😁. I can’t wait to come back one day. Well done Hotel Gabrielli! ❤️

From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. We were greeted warmly and offered immediate assistance, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. Check-in was smooth and unhurried, and we especially appreciated the personal touch of a guided tour of the property. Our room was beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home—special thanks to Marta, Francesco, Alessandro, and Gaston for their outstanding service. Many others were also wonderful, though I regret not remembering all their names. A true highlight of the hotel is its stunning rooftop, offering an unforgettable panoramic view of Venice—truly one of a kind. I’m already looking forward to returning and will be sure to explore other Starhotels properties during future travels. My only suggestion would be to enhance the in-room toiletries to match the otherwise luxurious experience. Otherwise, everything about our stay was simply excellent.

This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here again when I go back!
