"Our room was in top shape and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing; had so many many choices and early morning also. Location of motel was great, just a few blocks walk to the bus. I would use this motel again."

"We were given a room on the first floor. When we opened the door, we detected a musty kind of odor. Upon opening the bathroom door, the odor increased. It was coming from a drain in the floor. We covered the drain by taping down paper towels over it, closed the drains in the shower and wash basin and opened the window. Luckily, the smell diminished so that we did not have to change rooms. Upon some research on Google, found out that the canal itself added to the odor. We’re thinking the upper floors are not affected."

"Very nice hotel with helpful staff. I was super grateful that they allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I was visiting Venice. It is close to the airport and bus stop to Venice. However, it is difficult to walk to those places since there is no sidewalk. I managed and enjoyed the hotel anyway."

"The staff overall were fantastic! At check in, they were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The housecleaning was also prompt with a small request. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of sauces, jam, toppings for the fresh baked croissants and yogurt. Great drink selection as well! The room was clean and modern. Loved the brick walls and sloped ceilings. Overall a fantastic stay! "

"Although we only stayed one night because we had a flight out the following day, we were really pleased with everything about this hotel. It has a lot of character and the decor and furniture were impressive. A unique place! They had a very good breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Although there is no on-site restaurant for dinner, they offer a free shuttle to take you to a nearby restaurant and pick you up afterwards. This restaurant has a great menu, the food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the airport for 15 Euros. We appreciated this added convenience."

"I was not happy with my experience. Had to wait outside with no instructions how to get in when finally a guest opened the door only because he was on his way out!! Waited over 20 minutes after a long day taking trains and boat ride. They even make you pay for a bottle of water!"
