Thank you for your review! I apologize there were several parts of your stay not to your liking. I'm truly sorry for the inventory issue that did not allow you to receive a king bed. We do list all additional fees on our website along with the major 3rd party booking sites. As a full service hotel, similar to DoubleTree, items such as breakfast are for purchase in our restaurant which offers a full, hot breakfast buffet or cooked to order items. Wi-Fi charges are also waived for our rewards members which is a free and helpful program to join. I do hope that this helps clarify and that we have the opportunity to welcome you back.
