"Room and carpet smelled of mold electrical sockets and lamps did not work. No coffee available in the morning. In a good note in site Restaurant was great and friendly. Room not worth the 250 a night rate"

"The room needed repairs (worn frames/edges, couch, and bathroom), cleanliness was subpar (I found a toenail on the leather couch, there was feces on the outside of the toilet, and the bathroom smelled terrible), and there were stains on the sink’s counter. I was sick and decided to spray and wipe everything down myself with disinfectant. This was my first and last Hard Rock Hotel I will stay at. $2,000 for 4 nights was uncalled for with the low level of cleanliness and quality of the room. "

"It’s unique in its own way. But it definitely needs an upgrade. Carpet had a funny smell. There was two used towels left in the shower. The pillows were not comfortable and the bed was VERY noisy. Every time someone shifted sleep positions the bed sounded like it was going to break. Some of the lamps had rust on it."

"Cleaning staff was excellent! Rooms are more dated than appears on the website. No place to sit in the room other than the bed. So room service was out of the question. Firefly restaurant was nice and their waitstaff was also excellent."
