For our first night our room in the first floor was clean but Ac didnt work and the room smelled like it's been smoked in a lot and our toilet was not working properly. On the second day we moved to a different room on the 3rd floor it was a lot more clean and the AC worked great. The staff was very nice. The only problem was finding parking. It was very packed and we had park on the other side of the building we were in.

The roll up big door for the bathroom fell off when I was trying to close it, glad it did not fall on me. It was a big door, older model. The staff was good enough to transfer us and during the process I lost my jacket, could have fallen and someone took it. It’s just not a good day.

Easy access to shopping, hiking, dining. Only used the room for sleeping. The room was very clean, and nicely updated. Noisy due to freeway, but slept well. Would stay there again when visiting family.

The staff was friendly and professional. Check-in was quick and easy. Limited places to eat. That Bunz place was awful. There were people in the room next to me playing loud music till 3am. but to be fair I didn't bring it to the staff's attention till the next day.

Friendly check in, room seemed clean but had a mildewy smell. Loud neighbors in the other rooms and traffic noise all night. Hardly any parking remained when we checked in, and we had to park a building away. Also, parking is $20 per night, which is not easily noted from the Expedia booking site. The kitchenette had styrofoam plates, the refrigerator froze all my food.

First we reserved a room with kitchen, which they didn't have so we took a regular room, so they didn't charge us for parking to make up the difference! Room was nice & clean! Once lady at the front desk was rude, the other lady was very nice that actually helped us! In the room the bathroom door was hard to lock!!!!! You need somewhere to hang towels up!!! We were there in June 2025! Won't stay here again!!!!

We stayed there with our kids, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor. We requested to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked. They mentioned they would check for availability the following day, but no one ever followed up with us. Our children had a difficult time during the stay. Additionally, the bathroom door was not functional, and the kitchen was located directly in front of the bathroom, which was quite inappropriate and unhygienic.

This was an OK Hotel in a convenient area. It was an older property, but well maintained. There was no dining within walking distance - so a rental car is necessary. I wouldn't stay in Hotel Circle again.
