"It's an old old place. Door key cards didn't work most of the time. Stinks.. Sinks was crack and filler put in place. Tub sunk down when you stepped in. AC fan didn't adjust , Really loud. Convenient that's all it was."

"The elevator didn’t work. The water was shut off for two hours. Laguna beach has terrible sewer smells in the early evening. You can’t sit outside on your balcony or even go for a walk. It sinks very strongly. Won’t ever stay in Laguna beach again."

"Staff was very helpful. Place is a little run down, but not bad. Beds were comfortable and the room was huge. (2 beds meant a whole separate room). Would have saved money if we had just chosen a king bed. Seemed pretty clean, except for a few hairs in the bathroom."
